Dashboard Overview

Access this dashboard via the Conversions sidebar menu. Here you can view the health of your tracking pipeline in real-time.

Status Metrics

The dashboard displays 4 key metrics at the top:

  1. Events Sent: Total conversion events successfully detected by Konektor.
  2. Pending: Events that are still in queued, pending, or sending states.
  3. Synced: A summary of events that already reached the platform. In Sync Logs, the detailed status usually appears as accepted or partial_failure.
  4. Failed: A summary of events that failed to send. skipped still appears in Sync Logs because the event was intentionally not sent.

Monitoring Events

The All Events tab displays a complete list of conversions that have occurred.

Understanding the Table Columns

  • Customer: Lead identity (Name, Email, Phone) and Unique Code.
  • Event: Name of the event that occurred (see full list below).
  • Value: Monetary value of the conversion.
  • Platform Status: Status indicator for sending to each platform.

Status Indicators

Each platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn) has a colored indicator:

  • Green: Synced (Successfully sent)
  • Yellow: Pending/Sending (In process)
  • Red: Failed (Failed, check logs)

Troubleshooting & Sync Logs

How to read the detailed statuses

The summary cards above still use simple labels like Pending, Synced, and Failed. In Sync Logs, you will see more detailed statuses:

  • queued: the event already entered the queue.
  • sending: the event is being processed.
  • accepted: the platform accepted the payload.
  • partial_failure: the platform accepted the request, but some data was rejected or returned warnings.
  • failed: the request failed before the platform accepted it.
  • skipped: Konektor intentionally did not send the event because the data, consent, or configuration was not sufficient.

If you see a red indicator (Failed) or suspect missing data, use the Sync Logs tab.

This tab provides technical details for each sending attempt:

  1. Open "Sync Logs" Tab: Click the second tab next to "All Events".
  2. Find Errors: Look at the "Status" column and hover over the ℹ️ icon in the "Attempts" column to view detailed error messages from the platform.
  3. Resend Event: If the error is temporary (timeout or server busy), click the Resend button (retry icon) on the right to try sending again.
If the status is "Skipped", it usually means the event did not meet the requirements to be sent to that platform (e.g., missing parameter data for Google Ads).If the error shows "Missing Page ID Or WhatsApp Business account ID", it means the lead came through a Click-to-WhatsApp (CTWA) ad but the WhatsApp Business Account ID has not been filled in your Meta pixel configuration. See the CTWA Setup in Meta CAPI guide.

Manual Conversion Triggering

Sometimes you need to trigger a conversion manually, for example for offline orders or data correction.

  1. Go to the Leads menu.
  2. Select the Lead you want to convert.
  3. Click the Trigger Conversion button.
  4. Select the event type and conversion value.

The new conversion status will automatically appear on the Conversions dashboard and start processing to connected ad platforms.

Trigger via API

You can also trigger conversions programmatically (e.g., from external CRM or POS systems) by updating lead status and value using their Phone Number.

Please refer to the full guide in API Reference: Offline Conversions.
