Analytics Dashboard

The Ads Analytics page summarizes campaign performance with a focus on cumulative funnel movement, campaign/keyword/ad breakdowns, and Ads Spend data for ROAS analysis.

Key Features

  • Cumulative Funnel: Shows the total number of leads that have ever reached each stage, from Pageview and New through Purchase or Lost. See Funnel Analytics.
  • Campaign, Keyword, and Ad Details: Compare performance at each campaign entity level.
  • Lead Drill-down: Click a status metric to open the Leads page with matching filters. Drill-down uses cumulative status mode so it matches the funnel number.
  • Date and Platform Filters: Analyze a specific period, platform, and traffic type.
  • CSV Export: Download the active summary for offline analysis.
  • Ads Spend and ROAS: Combine spend data with lead and conversion metrics. See Ads Spend.

Filters and Date Range

  • Use the date picker so every metric is calculated for the same period.
  • Select a platform to focus on Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or all platforms.
  • Use the traffic filter to separate ads traffic from organic traffic.

Funnel vs Pipeline Snapshot

The Analytics funnel is cumulative so you can read drop-off between stages. The Leads page is a current-status snapshot for sales operations.

When you drill down from Analytics to Leads, Konektor uses statusMode=cumulative. For example, clicking responded still includes leads that later moved to purchase.

Lead Drill-down

A status click opens the Leads page with query parameters like:

/member/owner/leads?utmCampaign=Campaign+Name&status=responded&statusMode=cumulative&startDate=YYYY-MM-DD&endDate=YYYY-MM-DD

The Leads page shows a filter summary banner for the selected campaign, keyword, ad, and date range.

Exporting Data

Use Export on the Analytics page to download a CSV for the active filters. The CSV format is normalized across platforms so it works well in spreadsheets and BI tools.

Best Practices

  • Use the same date range when comparing campaigns.
  • Keep lead status definitions consistent across the team.
  • Combine Analytics with Ads Spend for better ROAS analysis.
