Halo AI WhatsApp Integration
Connect your Halo AI WhatsApp with Konektor to automatically save incoming customer messages as Leads in your Konektor database, complete with Facebook Ads attribution data.
Why Halo AI?
Halo AI is a WhatsApp Business API platform that supports Facebook Ads Referral tracking. This means if you run Click to WhatsApp ads on Facebook/Instagram, ad data like ctwa_clid will be automatically captured and stored in Konektor.

How to Integrate
1. Create Integration in Konektor
- Login to Konektor Dashboard.
- Go to Integrations > Partner Integrations.
- Click + Add Integration and select Halo AI.
- Enter integration name (e.g., "Halo AI WhatsApp").
- Click Save.
Integration Without Credentials
Halo AI does not require API keys or credentials. Integration security is guaranteed by workspace isolation through a unique webhook URL.
2. Copy Webhook URL
After creating the integration:
- Click View Webhook button (link icon) on the Halo AI integration card.
- Copy the displayed webhook URL. Format:
https://[domain]/api/webhooks/partners/haloai/[integrationId]
3. Configure in Halo AI Dashboard
- Login to your Halo AI dashboard.
- Go to Settings > Webhooks or Integrations.
- Add a new webhook by pasting the URL from Konektor.
- Save the configuration.
4. Verify Connection
- Return to Konektor Dashboard.
- Find your Halo AI integration.
- Click Verify Connection button.
- Send a test message from WhatsApp to your Halo AI number.
- Status will change to Active if connection is successful.

Troubleshooting
Messages Not Coming Through
If messages are not reaching Konektor:
- Make sure webhook URL is correct in Halo AI dashboard.
- Click Verify Connection to re-verify.
- Check error log in the integration card.
Error Status
If status changes to Error:
- Delete the integration and create a new one.
- Copy the new webhook URL to Halo AI dashboard.
- Verify connection again.
