New Official WhatsApp Business connections for Konektor Inbox are temporarily disabled. Inbox connection settings are hidden. Old links open the WhatsApp Inbox is temporarily unavailable page.

Unavailable actions

You cannot start or complete an official number connection, check Inbox connections, or synchronize templates through Konektor. Creating a Meta application or changing a token does not enable the suspended Inbox.

Official WhatsApp Business remains the recommended channel for business messaging integrations. This release does not provide a replacement connection process.

How is CTWA feedback different?

CTWA feedback sends conversion results from Click to WhatsApp advertising to Meta. Its settings remain available through Session, according to workspace access.

Customers can continue to use their own application and token for CTWA feedback. A conversion token does not automatically grant conversation access or message reply permissions.

Read the Inbox status guide for current limits. Use the messaging service already connected to your business number when you need to reply.
