Qiscus WhatsApp Integration
Connect your Qiscus Multichannel Chat account with Konektor. This feature allows every WhatsApp message from customers to be automatically captured as a Lead, complete with auto-reply and status tracking features.

Prerequisites
Before starting, ensure you have:
- Qiscus Multichannel Account: With active WhatsApp Business API service.
- Admin Access: To the Qiscus dashboard to view App ID and Secret Key.
- Konektor Plan: Starter plan or higher.
Setup Guide
1. Get Qiscus Credentials
Login to your Qiscus Multichannel dashboard and find the following information in Settings > App Information:
- App ID: Unique application code (e.g.,
qiscus-app-123) - Secret Key: Secret key for webhook validation
- Channel ID: Specific ID for your WhatsApp channel (usually a number)
2. Connect in Konektor Dashboard
- Go to Integrations > Partner Integrations.
- Click + Add Integration.
- Select Qiscus from the partner list.
- Enter the credentials obtained in step 1:
App IDSecret KeyChannel ID
- Click Save & Connect.
3. Verify Status
Once connected, the integration status will change to Active (Green).
You can perform a simple test:
- Send a WhatsApp message to your business number from a personal number.
- Open the Leads menu in Konektor.
- The new message should appear as a new Lead (or update an existing one) within seconds.
Automation Features
Once Qiscus integration is active, all incoming WhatsApp messages are automatically synced as Leads in Konektor. You can then use Automation Rules to automate various actions based on specific conditions.
Troubleshooting
Integration Failed to Connect
Error: "Invalid channelId: ... Qiscus API expects a valid positive integer." Solution: Ensure the Channel ID you entered is a pure number (no spaces or letters). Qiscus Channel IDs are usually integers.
Lead Not Appearing
Symptom: Message received in Qiscus but not showing in Konektor. Solution:
- Ensure your Qiscus subscription is active.
- Check if App ID and Secret Key are correct (sometimes swapped).
- Try clicking Re-connect in the Konektor dashboard to re-trigger webhook registration.
Webhook Error
Symptom: Log error "Signature mismatch". Solution: This means the Secret Key entered in Konektor differs from the one in the Qiscus dashboard. Please update the Secret Key in Konektor.
