Template and quick reply status

Message templates and quick replies in Konektor Inbox are temporarily disabled. The Message Templates and Quick Replies menus are hidden. Old links open the WhatsApp Inbox is temporarily unavailable page.

Current limits

You cannot create, synchronize, select, or send templates from Inbox. You also cannot add, edit, or use quick replies in Konektor Inbox.

A template is a business message format that requires approval before use on the official channel. A quick reply is saved text that a member selects during a conversation. Both belong to the suspended Inbox features.

What to do

Use the messaging tool currently connected to your business number. Do not retry messages through saved Konektor links.

This suspension does not delete stored templates or quick replies. Session and CTWA feedback settings remain separate from Inbox template management.
