MCP Konektor.id

MCP Konektor.id connects Claude, Cursor, and other AI agents to your WhatsApp lead, Inbox, tracking, and ad data through one MCP address.

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a standard that lets an AI app call tools in another service. With MCP Konektor.id, your AI can inspect leads, audit the Inbox, manage WhatsApp rules, read tracking, and monitor Meta ads in one conversation.

Tool groups

Each tool appears under the permissions of the connection. A tool that changes data appears only when you grant write permission. The full tool list is in the Available tools section of the MCP Konektor.id in Claude page.

GroupExample toolsWhat the AI can do
Leadsleads_list, lead_get, lead_updateRead the lead list and the detail of one lead. Update one lead, including its status, when you grant lead write permission.
Inboxinbox_audit, inbox_conversations, inbox_messages, inbox_send_messageCheck unreplied chats and wait time, read conversations, and reply after you agree to the exact text.
WhatsApp rulesrules_list, rule_create, rule_update, rule_deleteRead the WhatsApp rules that update a lead, then create, edit, or delete them after you agree. A new rule stays off until you turn it on.
Trackingtracking_status, tracking_events, tracking_pixels, conversion_logs, analytics_funnelCheck tracking health, website events, pixels, conversion delivery to ad platforms, and the funnel.
Meta adsads_overview, ads_spend, ads_campaign_set_status, ads_campaign_set_budgetRead spend, ROAS, and ad connection health. Pause a campaign or change its budget only with ad write permission and your confirmation.

If your workspace has a ready Meta connection, additional Meta tools also appear. If you have more than one Meta ad account, the AI asks which account to use.

Security and access control

Permissions that you grant

When you sign in with a Konektor.id account, the consent screen shows the workspaces that the client can use and the permissions that it requests. You choose the workspaces, and you can decline the connection.

  • Read permission inspects data. Write permission lets the AI change leads, rules, the Inbox, ads, webhooks, or Agentic settings.
  • Ad write permission needs one more checkbox on the consent screen. Each campaign or budget change still needs your confirmation for that exact action.
  • For a connection with an API key, you choose the permissions when you create the key. A key opens one workspace only, and a tool outside the key permissions does not appear.

How to revoke access

A connection with a Konektor.id account:

  1. Open Settings > API & Webhooks for the workspace.
  2. Find the AI Connections section, then select the connection that you want to end.
  3. Select Revoke access, then confirm.

A connection with an API key: on the same page, open the API Keys section, then select Revoke key.

Konektor rejects the next call after you revoke access. You can also disconnect from the AI client. Tool results already stored in the history of the AI client are not removed.

Data that is never sent to the model

  • API keys, access tokens, pixel tokens, and ad platform tokens are never shown.
  • WhatsApp session keys and QR codes are not shown.
  • Customer numbers in the Inbox are always masked.
  • Analytics tools send aggregate numbers, without contact names or numbers.
  • Website tracking events are sent without an IP address or browser identifiers.
  • Konektor does not read the conversation around a tool, the memory of the AI client, or files that you upload to the AI client.

The lead tools send the lead data that you ask for, including personal data already stored, such as a name, email address, or phone number. Connect only a workspace that you can use with an AI client under your organization policy and applicable law.
