Account & Workspace Management

This guide explains how to manage your personal profile, workspace settings, and account security actions.

Managing Your Profile

You can change personal information such as name, bio, and phone number through the Settings menu.

1. Open Settings > Profile.
2. Update the desired information.
3. Click Save Changes.
4. To change your profile photo, click on your current avatar.

Deleting Account (Danger Zone)

If you want to stop using the platform:

1. Open Settings > Profile.
2. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
3. Click Delete Account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Deleting Workspace

Only users with Owner role can delete a workspace.

1. Open Settings > Workspace.
2. Select the Danger Zone tab (far right).
3. Click Delete Workspace.

IMPORTANT: Deleting a workspace will delete all Resources within it:

• All Leads & Contacts.
• WhatsApp Rotator & Sessions.
• Pixel & Tracking integrations.
• Team member access.

Ensure you have backed up important data before doing this.
