Account & Profile Management

This guide explains how to manage your personal profile and account. Workspace settings are in Workspace Settings.

Open your profile

Click your name at the bottom left of the dashboard, then choose Profile. The same menu also holds Settings, Notifications, Billing & plan, and Logout.

Change profile information

1. Open Profile.
2. In the profile information card, change your full name, bio, or phone number.
3. Click the save button.

You cannot change the email address. To change the profile photo, click your photo on the card at the left.

The account information card shows your role, the email verification status, and the date you joined.

Change your password

1. Open Profile, then scroll to the security card.
2. Fill in the current password, the new password, and the confirmation.
3. Click the update button.

An account that signs in with Google or Facebook can add a password with Create account password in the Account security section.

Account security

The Account security section controls two-factor authentication and session length. The steps are in Team Management & Access.

Delete your account

1. Open Profile.
2. Scroll to the Danger Zone card.
3. Click the delete account button.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.
5. Click the final delete button.

Delete a workspace

Only the Owner can delete a workspace. Open Settings > Danger zone, then follow the steps in Workspace Settings.

A workspace deletion removes all of its content:

• All leads and contacts.
• WhatsApp links and WhatsApp sessions.
• Website tracking and ad platforms.
• Team member access.

Keep a copy of important data before you delete a workspace. You can export leads from Tracking & Ads > Leads.
