Lead Lifecycle Stages

Every visitor interacting with your business via Konektor will pass through these standard statuses:

1. New (new)

Visitor just clicked the WhatsApp button or filled out a form. No two-way interaction yet.

  • Action: CS must greet immediately (fast response).

2. Contacted (contacted)

CS has sent a greeting message or tried to contact the lead.

3. Responded (responded)

The prospect has replied to the chat. Active 2-way conversation occurring.

4. Qualified (qualified)

Prospect is deemed valid and has interest and paying ability matching your product.

5. Proposal / Negotiation (proposal / negotiation)

In the process of price quotation, product detail discussion, or contract negotiation.

6. Purchase (won)

GOAL! Transaction successful. Lead officially becomes a Customer. Conversion value is recorded here.

7. Lost (lost)

Prospect did not buy. Data remains stored for potential future follow-up.

Automated Feedback Loop

Konektor's strongest feature is the Feedback Loop capability. Every time you or CS changes a lead status (e.g., from newqualified), Konektor automatically notifies ad platforms (Meta/Google/TikTok) via API.

Do not show acquisition ads ("Buy Now") to those who already bought.
