Data Rights and Privacy

This page describes your rights over personal data and how to send a request. These rights refer to Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data Processing Principles

1. Transparency: We process data lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
2. Purpose Limitation: Data is collected only for specific purposes (service).
3. Data Minimization: Only necessary data is processed.
4. Accuracy: Data is kept accurate.
5. Storage Limitation: We keep data according to the Data Retention Policy.
6. Integrity & Confidentiality: Data is protected with encryption and access controls.

Data Subject Rights (User Rights)

As a user, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

1. Right to Access

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

2. Right to Rectification

You have the right to request correction if any data is inaccurate or incomplete.

3. Right to Erasure

Also known as "Right to be Forgotten". You have the right to request deletion of your personal data if:

• Data is no longer needed for the initial purpose.
• You withdraw consent.
• Data was processed unlawfully.

You can also delete data yourself from the dashboard. An owner can delete a workspace, and every user can delete their account. Access stops at once, then the data is deleted from all our storage, usually within a few minutes. Backup copies expire automatically within 30 days. The Data Retention Policy lists what is deleted and what we keep.

4. Right to Data Portability

You have the right to obtain your data in a structured, machine-readable format (such as JSON or CSV) to transfer to another service.

We will process your request within a maximum of 30 days after identity verification.

Data Location & Transfer

Konektor runs on the Cloudflare network (Cloudflare Workers). Our databases and files are stored on Cloudflare in the Asia Pacific region. All data transfers use HTTPS.
