WhatsApp Inbox status

WhatsApp Inbox in Konektor is temporarily disabled. The Inbox menu opens the WhatsApp Inbox is temporarily unavailable page.

You cannot read conversations, reply, add notes, assign members, or retry messages from Konektor Inbox. Saved Inbox links also open this status page.

Features that remain available

• QR Sessions (advanced) for Session management, according to workspace access.
• Website tracking and WhatsApp Links (Rotator).
• Lead and conversion management.
• CTWA feedback with the customer's configured application and token.

CTWA means Click to WhatsApp advertising. CTWA feedback sends conversion results to Meta. This connection does not enable Inbox or message replies.

If you need to reply to customers

Use the messaging application or service already connected to your business number. This release does not provide a replacement Inbox.

This suspension does not delete stored conversations. Do not create another connection or scan a QR code to resolve this status page.
