Wulan Privacy and Permissions

Wulan requests consent before the first member dashboard chat. The chat does not start until you save your choices.

Data You Can Allow

PermissionData Wulan can readMain limit
Limited account identityDisplay name, workspace name, role, and planDoes not read your email address or phone number
Workspace analyticsLead, conversion, funnel, and campaign summariesUses aggregate data, not individual lead records
Configuration diagnosticsRules, Pixels, WhatsApp, and integration statusDoes not read credentials or raw payloads
Support ticketsRequired workspace ticket contextFollows workspace access and your confirmation
Conversation memoryFacts you approve for later conversationsOff by default and removable

These permissions do not give Wulan access to passwords, 2FA codes, API keys, integration tokens, or raw lead data.

Change Personal Permissions

  1. Open Profile in the member dashboard.
  2. Find Wulan data access.
  3. Enable only the permissions that you need.
  4. Select Save permissions.

Select Revoke consent to stop Wulan access. The change applies to old and new chats when Wulan performs the next action.

Set Workspace Limits

A workspace owner or admin can open Settings and find Wulan workspace limits.

The workspace limit sets the maximum permissions. Members cannot enable a permission that the workspace disables. Each member must still give personal consent.

A workspace policy change requires recent 2FA verification when your account has 2FA enabled.

Anonymous Product Improvement

Help improve the product is separate from Wulan usage permissions. This option is off by default.

If you enable it, Konektor can group new chats into general topics, such as feature requests or common questions. The admin map does not show chat content, identities, or workspaces.

If you revoke consent, Konektor stops processing later chats. Existing anonymous aggregates cannot be linked back to your account.

You can also allow anonymous analysis when you create a support ticket. New tickets do not join the analysis by default.

Configure Wulan Notifications

  1. Open Notifications in the member dashboard.
  2. Find Wulan notifications.
  3. Select alerts for completed or failed responses.
  4. Select Enable push in this browser if you need Web Push.
  5. Allow notifications when the browser requests permission.
  6. Select Save notifications.

Web Push only tells you that a response is available. The notification does not contain the response.

Enable 2FA

  1. Open Profile.
  2. Find the account security section.
  3. Connect an authenticator application.
  4. Keep the recovery codes in a secure location.

2FA is optional. After you enable it, Konektor requests a recent code for sensitive actions. A recent verification remains valid for 15 minutes in the same session.

If access fails because verification expired, open Profile, complete 2FA verification, and repeat the action.
