Start using Konektor
Choose one goal first. You do not need to set up every Konektor feature at once.

Track website visitors and conversions
Use this path when your ads send people to a website or landing page.
- Install the Konektor tracking script.
- Open one website page to send a real event.
- Return to the activation panel and confirm that the website step says an event was received.
After you select Check again, the panel and header show Event verified. Before that, the header can show Tracking not tested or Waiting for event.
Sending conversions to an ad platform is optional after website tracking is verified. Add the platform under Website Tracking, then use Test platform to check delivery.

Use WhatsApp Rotator to create one link that sends visitors to team numbers. You enter destination numbers manually. Rotator does not require a QR scan or a device session.

Terms you should know
| Term | Plain-language meaning |

| Workspace | Your business work area. Members, settings, and data are separated by workspace. |
| Tracking script | A code snippet from Konektor that you install on a website. |
| Pixel | A delivery destination configuration, such as Meta, Google, or TikTok. |
| Event | A recorded action, such as a visit, lead, or purchase. |
| Rotator | One link that distributes visitors across WhatsApp numbers. |
| Connection Status | The page where you review WhatsApp connection status. |
| Inbox | Where your team reads and replies to WhatsApp conversations. |
“Saved” does not always mean “working”
Konektor can save IDs, tokens, numbers, or a script before the complete journey has been proven. Always run the test in the relevant guide and look for the final evidence:
- The activation panel says that Konektor received a real website event.
- The Rotator link opens WhatsApp with the correct destination number.
- WhatsApp > Connection Status shows the official connection as Active.
- If you added an ad platform, its test event is accepted instead of only having a saved configuration.
If setup is not working
Record the last completed step, the visible error text, and the time of the test. Do not include access tokens, passwords, or customer data in screenshots.
