Open Tracking & Ads > Ad Analytics > Ads Manager.

What you need

  • The owner or admin role in the workspace.
  • An active subscription or trial to create and change ads.
  • A connected Meta Ads or Google Ads account. Read Ad Spend.

Page sections

Summary

The summary cards show Spend, WhatsApp leads, Cost per lead, and ROAS for the date range that you choose. The small row below shows Revenue, Conversions, and Closing rate.

Meta connection permissions

Meta connection permissions shows Campaign changes, Facebook Page names, and Meta tools in Claude separately. Ready means the connection has permission for that function.

Click Reconnect Meta for Permission missing or Permission not recorded. Allow access to the ad account and Page that you need. Connection inactive requires an active connection first.

Existing connections retain read access under their existing permissions. Claude needs separate consent to change ads or budgets. Read Konektor connector for Claude.

Needs action

The Needs action cards list the most urgent items first. Each card explains the issue and offers one button to fix it.

CardWhat it means
Ad account connection lostAccess to the ad account has ended. Click Reconnect.
Ad with no leadsThe ad has spent a meaningful amount without a single WhatsApp lead.
Ad set losing moneyRevenue is lower than spend. This card appears only when the workspace records revenue.
Cost cap too tightLess than 60% of the budget was spent under a cost cap or bid cap.
CBO barely delivers this ad setThe ad set got less than 5% of the CBO campaign's spend.
Lifetime budget almost spentA campaign with a lifetime budget ends in three days or less.
Conversions failed to sendSome conversions did not reach the ad platform. Click Open log.
Best performing adThe ad with the best ROAS. Raise the budget by at most 20% a day.

Best performing ads, next to the cards, ranks ads by ROAS, then by cost per lead.

Campaign table

The table lists each campaign, then its ad sets (Meta) or ad groups (Google), then the ads inside them. Click the arrow next to a name to expand or collapse it. Use All, Active, Paused, and Needs review to filter campaigns.

The Budget column follows the campaign's budget type:

Budget typeWhere the budget is set
CBOOn the campaign. Meta splits it across ad sets. Ad set rows show their share of spend.
ABOOn each ad set. The campaign row shows the total budget of active ad sets.
Advantage+On the campaign only. Meta manages the ad sets, so they cannot be paused from Konektor.
Campaign budgetFor Google Ads. The daily budget is set on the campaign.

/day means a daily budget. total means one budget for the whole campaign, shown with the days left.

Leads without an ad set or ad ID are counted in the Not attributed row, so campaign totals still match.

Click an ad name to open its details: format, ad text, spend, leads, ROAS, and the budget that the ad uses.

Pause, turn on, and change budgets

When changes from Konektor are enabled for your workspace:

  • Click the switch in the On column to pause or turn on a campaign. For Meta, the switch is also available on each ad set and ad.
  • Click a budget amount to open Change budget. Enter the new budget in the ad account currency, then click Save budget.

Konektor changes the budget that the object already uses. A daily budget stays daily, and a lifetime budget stays lifetime. A lifetime budget cannot go below what is already spent. For Meta ad sets with a Cost cap or Bid cap, you can change the cap in the same window.

A change of more than 20% can restart the platform's learning phase. Meta sometimes pauses a campaign after its campaign budget changes. Konektor checks and turns it back on.

A switch or button that cannot be used shows the reason when you hover over it, for example when the campaign is paused at a higher level or the data comes from the last sync.

Create a Meta website ad

Click Create ad to open Create a Meta ad. Available accounts require ad management permission and access to a Facebook Page.

Formats and prerequisites

  • Website traffic uses one image and a destination website URL.
  • Website sales also requires an accessible Pixel and your selected conversion event.
  • Upload a JPEG or PNG image up to 5 MiB.
  • Use a public website URL with HTTPS.
  • Select up to 10 countries with ISO codes, such as ID, SG, MY.
  • The supported age range is 18–65 years.
  • Select Automatic or Facebook and Instagram feeds for placements.

Use other flows in Meta Ads Manager for video, carousel, lead forms, click-to-WhatsApp ads (CTWA), catalogs, and special ad categories.

Enter account, audience, and content

  1. Select Meta ad account.
  2. Enter Campaign name.
  3. Enter Ad set name.
  4. Enter Ad name.
  5. Select Objective.
  6. Enter Daily budget in the displayed account currency.
  7. Click Continue.

  18. Enter Headline.
  19. Enter Description (optional) if necessary.
  20. Enter Destination website URL.
  21. Select Call to action.
  22. Click Create preview.

Available sales events are Purchase, Lead, and Completed registration. The daily budget applies to the campaign, not to each ad.

Review and create paused

The preview shows the image, text, Page, destination, audience, placements, currency, and budget. The preview creates no ad objects in Meta.

  1. Check all details in Review ad.
  2. Select I reviewed the ad and its budget. Create this ad paused.
  3. Click Create paused ad.

Paused means the campaign, ad set, and ad were created paused. Creation does not automatically activate delivery.

The preview expires after 30 minutes. Each form change cancels the preview and its confirmation. Click Edit ad content to make changes, then create a new preview.

Activate separately

Activation can start spending after Meta approves and delivers the ad. Check the budget again before you approve activation.

  1. Check Daily budget in the Paused result.
  2. Select I approve activation of this campaign, ad set, and ad with the daily budget shown.
  3. Click Activate ad.

Active means activation is complete. Meta controls ad approval and delivery. If the preview expires, check and activate the existing ad through Open Meta Ads Manager.

Partial results or uncertain status

Incomplete or Check status can appear after some operations complete. Check Delivery status by object for the campaign, ad set, and ad. Some objects can be Active while others are Paused or Unknown.

Click Check status to read the latest result. Use Open Meta Ads Manager to check the recorded objects. Do not create the same ad again while its status is unclear.

Konektor blocks activation from the preview if the settings change in Meta. Review and manage the existing ad in Meta Ads Manager.

Image and operation data retention

Konektor stores images privately. Each workspace can retain up to 20 temporary images. New uploads stop when this limit is reached. Images, previews, and creation records become eligible for deletion after seven days. Konektor runs cleanup daily. Cleanup does not delete campaigns, ad sets, creatives, or ads already stored in Meta.
