Konektor.id connects to a WhatsApp number in three ways: Official WhatsApp Business, QR session, and partner providers that forward ad data.

QR session uses an unofficial route. It can break the Meta terms and get the number limited. For daily work, use Official WhatsApp Business. The rules for each route are on the CTWA ad tracking software page.

The Everpro Chat page describes a connection to the official Meta API system. The LPWA guide adds a number through the "Tambah Perangkat" button. We do not compare the Everpro connection route any further.

Which events does Konektor.id send?

When a lead status changes, Konektor.id sends events to the ad platforms that you connect. Each platform has its own page: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and ChatGPT Ads.

What are the limits of Konektor.id?

Konektor.id is built for businesses that close sales in WhatsApp chats. Konektor.id does not decide by itself when a sale closes. Your team or an automatic rule changes the lead status.

Konektor.id sends events to five ad platforms. Other ad platforms are not available. The Delivery log proves that a platform received an event. It does not prove that the report in Ads Manager already holds the conversion.

Konektor.id does not promise cheaper ads or a set ad result.
