How much does yearly payment save?
Paying for one year at once costs less than paying twelve months one by one.
- Starter: save 20%, or Rp 478.000 per year.

How does the 14-day trial work?
- The 14 days start when the first data reaches the workspace.
- Sign-up does not ask for payment details.
- The trial does not turn into a paid plan by itself.
- The trial has its own usage limits and data retention.

What is your ad cost per closing?
Enter your ad budget, the cost per chat, and the share of chats that become a closing. The result shows your ad cost per closing. Compare it with the plan prices above.

Questions about pricing and billing
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New accounts get a 14-day trial. The count starts when the first data reaches the workspace. Sign-up does not ask for payment details. The trial does not turn into a paid plan by itself.
Which payment methods are available?
You can pay in Rupiah or by card in USD. For Rupiah, you can use QRIS, Virtual Account, e-wallets (OVO, DANA, ShopeePay), and retail stores (Alfamart, Indomaret, Alfamidi). For card, you can use Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Konektor.id does not accept crypto or stablecoins.
Do the prices include VAT?
The plan prices on this page are final (nett). Konektor.id does not add 11% VAT to the plan price. For card payments, tax for the buyer's country can apply at payment.
Does a plan renew automatically?
Rupiah payments do not renew automatically. You renew before your active period ends. If the plan is the same, the new period adds to your remaining time. Card subscriptions renew automatically. You can stop the renewal, and access stays active until the end of the period.
What is the refund policy?
Konektor.id gives a full money-back guarantee within 7 days from the date of the first payment. After 7 days, a payment that is already in progress is not refundable. To request a refund, contact billing@konektor.id.
What happens when I change plans?
You can change plans at any time on the Billing & Plans page. You pay the full price of the plan you choose. The remaining value of the old plan becomes extra days on the new plan. The remaining time is not refunded as money. The new limits and features start after the payment succeeds.
Is billing per account or per workspace?
Billing applies per workspace. Each workspace has its own plan and active period. Only the workspace owner can pay.
