1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using Konektor (Konektor.id), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which constitute a legal agreement between you and PT Jembatan Data Amanah. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Third-Party Compliance

Konektor interacts with third-party platforms for conversion data delivery. By using Konektor, you also agree to comply with the terms and conditions of those platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Cloudflare: Infrastructure and data security.
  • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram): Use of Conversions API.
  • Google Ads: Use of Enhanced Conversions/Offline conversion imports.
  • TikTok Ads: Use of Events API.

Konektor is not responsible for policy changes or restrictions imposed by those third-party platforms.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You are fully responsible for the security of your account credentials.
  • One account is intended for use by a single business entity or individual under the selected plan.

4. User Obligations

As a Konektor user, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable data privacy laws (such as Indonesia's PDP Law).
  • Have a lawful basis to collect your customer data.
  • Provide transparency to your customers about tracking usage through your website Privacy Policy.

5. Fees and Payments

  • Our services are available in subscription plans managed by PT Jembatan Data Amanah.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific policy.
  • Payment failure may result in automatic service suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

PT Jembatan Data Amanah is not responsible for the accuracy of data sent to third parties due to user misconfiguration or third-party API issues. Our liability is limited to providing tracking infrastructure according to your plan specifications.

8. Abuse Reporting

Konektor has a zero-tolerance policy for spam, phishing, and other illegal activities. If you find any indication of abuse on our platform, please report it immediately to: abuse@konektor.id .
