A WhatsApp rotator is one link that opens WhatsApp to one of several numbers. Visitors use the same link, and the system behind it picks the destination number. A team can change numbers without changing the link that is already in place.
How it works
- You create one link and enter several destination numbers.
- You put that link in a website button, a bio, or an ad.
- When a person opens the link, the system picks one number before WhatsApp opens.
- WhatsApp opens to that number, with the opening message that you prepared.

- Not always. The split differs between tools: some take turns, some use weights. In a Konektor.id WhatsApp Link, the weight sets the chance that a number is picked. The weight is not a guaranteed number of chats.
- Does the same visitor always reach the same agent?
