New template builder with preview and carousels

Create template on the Message Templates menu now opens a full page. You set the header, the message text, the footer, the buttons, and the variable examples in one form. The header can be text, an image, a video, or a document. The Preview next to the form shows how the template looks on WhatsApp, and it changes as you type.

Resubmit now fills in the whole form from the old template, not only its text. Click a template name in the list to see its preview and status.

When carousel templates are available for your workspace, the form shows a Carousel option. A carousel shows 2 to 10 cards that the customer can swipe. Each card has an image or a video, text of up to 160 characters, and 1 or 2 buttons.

You can send templates with pictures and carousel templates from the Inbox and broadcasts. Konektor uses the template pictures. The owner and admins can change the picture of one card before sending. In a broadcast, one set of pictures applies to all contacts.

When a customer taps a button on a card, the Inbox shows the number and the text of that card. Wulan reply suggestions read it too. Read Create a WhatsApp Carousel Template for the full guide.
