Create Meta ads from Ads Manager
Create Meta website ads with one image, review the budget before activation, and grant Claude ad write access separately.
Owners and admins can create Meta website ads from Ads Manager. Click Create ad to select the account and Facebook Page. Enter the audience, image, text, destination, and daily budget.
What changed
- Meta connection permissions shows permissions for campaign changes, Page names, and Meta tools in Claude separately. Use Reconnect Meta for missing or unrecorded permissions.
- Create preview shows the content and budget before creation. The preview expires after 30 minutes and each form change cancels it.
- Create paused ad creates the campaign, ad set, and ad paused. Activate ad requires separate confirmation and can start spending budget.
- Creation results show delivery status for each object. Check the objects in Meta Ads Manager when the process completes partially or status is uncertain.
- Claude ad write access requires separate consent. Existing connections and default ad permissions remain read-only.
- Permission checks and repeated-request handling help keep ad changes consistent with your confirmation.
- Inactive Meta ad accounts show guidance for billing or account restrictions. Members can retry asset loading.
Creation supports website traffic and website sales ads with one JPEG or PNG image up to 5 MiB. Website sales requires a Pixel and conversion event. Use other flows for video, carousel, lead forms, CTWA, catalogs, and special ad categories.
