Connect your Scalev, Mayar, and Lynk.id store to Konektor

Orders from Scalev, Mayar, and Lynk.id reach the right lead, and payment reminders and thank-you messages go out on their own on WhatsApp.

You can now connect a Scalev, Mayar, or Lynk.id store to Konektor. Each order is saved and linked to the lead with the same WhatsApp number. If the lead does not exist, Konektor creates it.

To start, open Settings > Store & orders, click Connect a store, then choose your platform. Only the workspace owner can connect a store. One workspace can have up to 5 stores.

What is new

  • Store & orders: Konektor creates a webhook address for your store. You paste it in Scalev, Mayar, or Lynk.id, then follow the steps on the screen.
  • Orders on the lead: the Store orders section of a lead shows the order number, the total, the payment state, and the flow results.
  • Closing flows: in Wulan AI > Automation Rules, on the Orders tab, you build automatic WhatsApp messages: confirmation, payment reminders, checkout recovery, and thank-you. A flow stops on its own when the buyer pays or replies.
  • Lead status: the lead status moves forward when an order is created and when payment arrives.
  • Purchase to ad platforms: this setting is off by default. Turn it on only when your store does not send Purchase to the same pixel.

What you need to know

  • Scalev needs the Scalev Basic plan or higher. Scalev allows up to 3 webhook endpoints, so your other tools keep working.
  • Mayar and Lynk.id keep one webhook address for each account. The Konektor address replaces the address of another tool. Check first before you paste it.
  • Mayar needs an API key with Read Only access. Lynk.id needs a Merchant Key, which shows after you save the address.
