Safer webhooks and support tickets from Claude
Webhook addresses must be public https, secrets are stored encrypted and shown on request, and Claude can create support tickets with your approval.
- A new webhook needs a public
httpsaddress. Konektor refuses internal and private addresses. - The webhook list no longer shows the full secret. It shows the last 4 characters. Select Show secret to see and copy the full secret.
- Konektor now stores each new webhook secret in encrypted form. Your receivers keep working with no change.
- To change a secret, create a new webhook, switch your receiver to it, then delete the old webhook.
- The Claude connector can ask for the permission to create support tickets to the Konektor team on your behalf. It is off unless you approve it on the consent screen.
- The webhook guide now lists the
inbox.conversation.handoverevent.
