New feature

Edit, pause, and check webhooks, and manage them from Claude

Edit a webhook, turn it on and off, see its delivery status, receive conversation updates, and let Claude or the Agent API manage webhooks with your approval.

  • You can edit a webhook in API & Webhooks: change the address, the events, or the conditions. One webhook can receive several events. The secret stays the same.
  • A switch on each webhook pauses it and turns it on again. You do not need to delete a webhook to stop it.
  • Each webhook shows the time of its last attempt. A failed webhook shows why: the address answered with an error, took too long, or could not be reached.
  • A failed lead event now waits longer before each new try: 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, and 4 minutes.
  • A new event, inbox.conversation.updated, tells your receiver when a conversation changes status, labels, or assignee. It carries identifiers only. A webhook receives it only when you select it.
  • The Claude connector and the Agent API can list, create, edit, test, and delete webhooks after you agree. The signing secret shows one time only, when a webhook is created.
  • The new permissions Read webhooks and their delivery status and Create, edit, test, and delete webhooks after you agree are off in a new connection. Only the workspace owner can use them.
