Webhook lead.created now fires for every new lead

The lead.created webhook event now fires for new leads from WhatsApp, partners, tracking, rotators, forms, and WhatsApp rules, not only from the API and the dashboard.

  • The lead.created webhook event now fires for every new lead, from every source.
  • New sources: WhatsApp QR (whatsapp), official WhatsApp (whatsapp_cloud), partners (partner), tracking (tracking), rotators (rotator), rotator forms (form), and WhatsApp rules (rule).
  • A visitor who only views a page is not a lead yet. The event fires when the visitor becomes a lead.
  • Your receiver must drop duplicates by lead.id. Delivery can repeat.
  • The payload keeps the same shape. Only the source value is new for these leads.
