New feature
Incoming webhooks: add leads from Zapier, Make, n8n, and forms
Create a secret address, send a test post, pick the fields, and let any tool add or change leads. Claude and the Agent API can set it up with your approval.
- You can add Incoming webhooks in API & Webhooks. Each one is a secret address that Zapier, Make, n8n, a form builder, or a CRM can post to. Each post makes a lead.
- You send one test post, and Konektor lists its fields. You choose which field fills each lead field, set the default source and status, and choose how to find a lead that already exists: by reference, phone, or email.
- A post that matches an existing lead updates it and does not make a double.
- You can show the address again, make a new address, turn it off, or delete it. Only the workspace owner can do this.
- New guides explain the steps for Zapier, Make, and n8n, and how to send Konektor events out with a webhook.
- The Claude connector and the Agent API can list, create, edit, and delete incoming webhooks after you agree. Claude sees the field names of your test post, never the values.
