Wulan CTWA guidance has complete connection steps
Wulan guidance includes the Meta account connection after the WABA ID. Answer quality checks are also improved.
Wulan industry playbooks include the Meta account connection after the WABA ID. Open Connection > QR Sessions (advanced) for the receiving number. Select Set up CTWA or Manage CTWA. Enter the WABA ID. Connect your Meta account. Select Check connection to check the configuration.
The WABA ID alone does not complete the CTWA connection. A connection check does not prove that Meta received a conversion event.
Internal maintenance improves the reliability of Wulan answer quality checks. Chat confirmation still does not save a business profile. An owner or admin saves changes with Save on the Business profile page.
