Server field for Qiscus accounts in Malaysia

The Qiscus integration form now has an optional Server field. Enter omnichannel-my.qiscus.com if your Qiscus dashboard uses that address. Leave the field empty if your account is in Indonesia. Qiscus integrations that are already connected do not need action.

This update also improves the internal reliability of messages sent through chat providers.
