Lead score settings guide
The new guide explains thresholds, weights, and saved lead score settings. Automatic scoring remains unavailable.
Workspace owners can read the Lead score settings guide. It explains how to save thresholds and weights in Settings > Lead scoring.
The guide covers accepted values, discarded changes, and checks for saved settings. Saved settings do not activate automatic scoring or change the Inbox order.
Internal processing and workspace access checks are more reliable. Members continue to manage lead status manually. Members do not need to take additional action.
