Wulan explains when billing data comes from a stored copy and can be out of date.
Wulan identifies stored plan data used after a temporary read failure. For this data, Wulan does not calculate remaining trial days as a current value.
Internal billing processes have improved reliability. Start a new conversation to use the updated information. Available payment methods stay the same.
