CTWA review and Inbox shortcuts

CTWA delivery filters, setup reminders, and Inbox shortcuts are available.

  • Conversion delivery logs have a “CTWA needs review” filter. It shows alternative delivery paths and historical skipped CTWA records. Each record keeps its delivery status.
  • Conversion settings and ad integration pages show a reminder based on CTWA records from the last 30 days. “Remind me in 7 days” applies to the current account and workspace.
  • WhatsApp webhook business identity is stored more consistently to support CTWA connection selection.
  • Inbox shortcuts include / to focus the message field, a to open assignee selection, and s to open snooze selection. Use r to prepare a quote from the last message. Shortcuts apply when text fields and other dialogs are inactive.
  • Internal measurement improves database usage review without changes to dashboard values.

The reminder counts delivery records, not unique leads. An alternative delivery path does not prove ad attribution results. Shortcuts open controls or prepare a message. Changes and sends still require your action.
