Subscription summary in Wulan

Wulan can now answer questions about the workspace plan, subscription status, and period end. Wulan reads this data only after you allow Workspace subscription status access.

Wulan shows a summary card and a Open Billing & Subscription Management button. The button opens Billing inside Konektor without a full app reload.

Wulan does not receive invoice data, payment methods, or payment details.

The Continue coding card now appears only for programming code blocks. Menu paths and normal text no longer show it.

The Wulan composer now stays dark and readable in dark mode, including when the input has focus.

Wulan step lists now keep their number sequence when each step has separate explanatory text.
